Main Event flyer
This was the main flyer that we posted around school. It includes submission information, both dates and locations, as well as event information.
Call for submissions flyer
In order to increase our number of submissions, we chose to put up these flyers before any others early during submissions because it has less information, so we thought students would be more likely to read it. These flyers contributed to our rising numbers of submissions.

Main Community Flyer
Since the submissions for artwork are only open to SSHS students, but the gallery to view the artwork is open to the whole community, I made a separate flyer for the community without the submission information.
ace announcements slide
In case students do not read the flyers posted around campus, I made a slide for the ACE announcements so that every student would have the opportunity to submit their artwork if they wanted to. Though this slide was sent to the faculty, only the main school flyer (the left side of the slide) appeared in the announcements.
