In my opinion, one of the most important aspects of putting on an event of this magnitude is to thank everyone involved. In order to personally thank everyone that I felt had contributed to helping me complete the festival, I wrote thirty-two thank you letters. They are for people such as school faculty, student volunteers, my partner on the project, my parents, and the judges. These people all had various ranges of involvement. Sam, for example, was my partner on the project and we put in the most work. Those such as Ms. Sorapuru or Mrs. Brown, however, are receiving thank yous because they always supported me and asked how the festival was going when I would visit the front office and Ms. Sorapuru donated snacks for the refreshments table.
